Not at all, the choice is yours.  After your trial you will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of different program options (including special offers). Depending upon your circumstances, you may choose to get started with a fortnightly option that you can cancel any time.  Or, you might choose to make a 12 month commitment to save on your fees. 

Yes. Self-control is a quality that your child will strengthen with martial arts training.  Of course when trying to create any new habit it can sometimes take a little practice.

There is an age requirement to apply for a FairPlay Voucher, you must be aged 5-17 yrs.  However, if you fall outside that age range or if you've already claimed a FairPlay Voucher in the current round, we've got you covered with a different offer.

It's easy to apply for a FairPlay Voucher on behalf of your child.  There is just a short online form and you get an almost instant response.  Once you have your form, just email us a copy (or give us a print out) and we can redeem the voucher and you can use that to cover your fees.

Yes, training with friends and family is a great idea.   Starting a training program with others adds another dimension to your training in terms of accountability to each other. This accountability can be a great asset to get you both beyond any challenges which may arise. Training together will also strengthen your friendship and make the training a whole lot of fun. In the early days, when you don't know many people, having a friend or a family member with you can provide a little bit of comfort and familiarity until you establish new friendships within the training environment.

Once you register for your FREE trial lesson, one of our team will contact you to confirm your first class and answer any questions that you may have. When you attend your FREE trial, we will give you all the information about how to join and the different membership options available. If you join on the day of your free trial, you will receive a FREE uniform (you save ($70) ane we'll waive the joining fee (you SAVE $120) you join you will receive a free uniform to help you get started. 

For your first class you don't need any special clothing, just come comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.  We train barefoot, but it's a good idea to have some shoes to wear in from the carpark.  If you decide to join after your first class, you will receive your own karate uniform as part of your membership.

Of course!  We love it when parents train with their kids, in fact we encourage it.  It's a great way to lead by example.  Any parents who are also members can train with their own kids for FREE.

Yes, in fact our adult classes are even more popular than our kids classes.  We have a variety of different classes for adults:  early morning, day time and evening classes.
