It’s not always easy starting new activities, but check out young Kyah who has only been training for a short time. Kyah stepped up and challenged for her very first grading in recent weeks and did an amazing job. Well done Kyah.

Great to see Sensei Keanu in for some training on his birthday. Here is a picture of Sensei Keanu and his mum Rosemarie. Keep an eye out for our Caston Family as they once again step up and challenge themselves at another World Championships together. WHAT A FAMILY!!!
