Success Is Nothing More Than A Few Simple Disciplines Practiced Everyday

I often ponder this quote by Jim Rohn, “Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced everyday.”

Whether it be in the dojo or in life, I find myself continually simplifying my practices and exploring more deeply a few practices.

Moving from the complicated to the uncomplicated has been a truly fascinating journey so far and what is exciting is that I know that there is so much more to learn.

I can’t believe how complicated my younger self once was. I’m very grateful to find myself studying Chito-Ryu Karate-Do where I find myself loving ‘the journey’ more than I ever have before.

No longer focused on the ‘prize’, but focused on the practices and how well I can do these practices in any one moment in time. Priceless!

Feel welcome to share your practices when we catch up in the dojo. I’d love to learn more about the practices that have helped you on your journey so far.

Here is a short piece sharing my top 10 practices.
