Congratulations Manaia on a wonderful journey so far. A combination of turning up and putting in your best effort has certainly paid off for you. Manaia is relatively quiet in class, but it is wonderful to see her inner strength and confidence on the rise. Way to go Manaia.
A special thank you to one of our young leadership team members, Timothy. Timothy is pictured below with Manaia and is an amazing role model for our Little Champions.
Despite his young age, you can see in the photo below his level of patience. It would be easier and quicker for Timothy to simply tie Manaia’s belt for her, but giving Manaia a chance to become more independent is an investment in her confidence bank.
The future is always brighter when we give our Little Champions a chance to make deposits into their confidence bank.
