As we count down to World Children’s Day on Friday 20 November, we’re celebrating some of the amazing kids in our dojo. First up: Jorja and Don!
Jorja: 1 year
Jorja has just celebrated her first year of training. She’s grown so much in that time, and she’s now moving up from Little Champions into our Karate Kids program, ready for her next challenge.
Don: 4 years
Don knows that step well. He started in Little Champions too, moved up into Karate Kids, and 4 years on, he’s still showing up and giving his best every class.
Why these milestones matter
Our Committed to Excellence certificates celebrate something we value deeply: showing up, week after week. As the quote on their certificates says, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
It’s been wonderful being part of Jorja and Don’s karate journey so far, and I can’t wait to see where it takes them next.
Thank you, families
A big thank you to Jorja’s and Don’s families. None of this happens without you getting them to the dojo, week after week. We’re so grateful for your support.
Congratulations, Jorja and Don! We’re so proud of you both.
