Over the weekend a small but very committed group of students joined us for a training seminar to learn more about what it takes to earn a black belt.
A big thank you to Sensei Bailey and Sempai Sami for coming along to not only help our up and coming black belts but to also re-commit to their personal goals. And of course, thank you to Sensei Martin for leading a great session with lots of valuable content.
