Nambour Show Holiday This Friday, BUT…. Given that there is no Nambour Show this year, we thought, what better way to spend the show holiday than in the dojo! All classes will be running as normal this Friday & Saturday, 12-13 June. Remember, classes are by booking only.

Good posture is a fundamental requirement for good health. Poor posture results in muscle tension. Muscles under tension have reduced blood flow and can not be properly nourished.
