Great to get back in the dojo this week. Especially loving the energy that our Karate kids are bringing to the dojo. Quite a few members are already taking advantage of the free upgrade to unlimited training for January, but none more so than the 3 young teens in the front of this photo. William,

“What best way to celebrate a new year of karate training than to kick start 2020 with a new fundraiser for our club? Grill’d Sunshine Plaza is helping us with their Local Matters fundraising opportunity. For those who don’t know much about Grill’d and the Local Matters program, Grill’d is a healthy (and yummy!!) burger
Kick start your year in the dojo with our annual 2 week training intensive. Do as many classes as you can with your family and friends. Clear the cobwebs, get your support team in place and build momentum. Enjoy all classes listed on the holiday schedule and bonus morning classes (6am start), Monday – Friday.
