School Holiday Training Schedule

A reminder for members that during the September/October school holiday period (and a day either side) the dojo will be operating on an adjusted training schedule.  For those who don’t know, during this period Sensei Martin & Sensei Sandra will be making their annual training visit to Japan.  Throughout this period Sensei Helen & Senpai Jim will be running classes.

The schedule holiday schedule is in effect from Friday 21 September – Monday 8 October.  Normal classes will resume on the evening of Tuesday 9 October.  Throughout this period there will be no early morning classes and day classes will be self-paced training as opposed to an instructor lead class.  For full details, please download a copy of the schedule:  Holiday Training Schedule Sep-Oct 2012.

Also, one that you definitely don’t want to miss out on if you haven’t already made other plans, Australian Chito-Ryu Honbucho (Chief Instrutor), Sensei Mike Noonan will be visiting the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast for regular training and a seminar on the Gold Coast.  Noonan Sensei will be on the Sunshine Coast for 1 night only, Friday 28 September.

Class schedule for Noonan Sensei’s visit is as follows:

5:00 – 5:55pm Family Class (all welcome). For Little Champions training in this class, all levels are welcome, but it is recommended for orange stripe belt and above.
6:00 – 6:55pm: Tournament training (Kids 8 – 13 yrs)
7:00 – 7:55pm: Tournament Training (Teens/adults)

Please note – There is now an additional Family Class that was not present in the previously published holiday training schedule.

Download full details and some additional information here: Noonan Sensei visit – 28 Sep 2012.

And if you can make the trip to the Gold Coast on Sunday 30 Sep 2012 for even more training with Noonan Sensei, here are the details:  Noonan Sensei Gold Coast Seminar – 30 Sep 2012.
