Step Into a Year of Growth & Possibilities at Sunshine Coast Karate

If you’re reading this before Saturday, 8th February 2025, you have a special opportunity ahead! Our 2025 Sign-On Day is just around the corner, and we’d love to welcome you and your family to experience the magic of karate for yourself.

It looks like you've missed the Sign On Day
But it's not too late...

Why Try Karate?
At Sunshine Coast Karate, we believe in transforming lives, one family at a time. Through traditional Chito-Ryu Karate-Do, we help individuals of all ages build strength, confidence, and resilience—skills that not only enhance everyday life but may one day make all the difference when it matters most.

Meet Your Instructors & Our Karate Community
For 25 years, husband-and-wife team Martin & Sandra Phillips have been guiding students on the Sunshine Coast, helping them develop discipline, focus, and a strong sense of self. Their passion for karate and personal development has created a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where students can thrive—no matter their starting point.

On Saturday, 8th February, you’ll get the chance to meet and train alongside Martin, Sandra, and their team of senior students, all of whom are committed to supporting you on your journey.

Never Tried Karate Before? That’s Okay!
Starting something new can feel intimidating—but great things happen when you take that first step.

At Sunshine Coast Karate, we see it time and time again:

  • A child walks in shy and hesitant—only to leave with a huge smile and newfound confidence.
  • A teen struggles with self-doubt—only to discover their inner strength and resilience.
  • An adult hesitates at the door—only to step onto the mats and find a supportive, uplifting community.

This could be your moment to try something new. To step forward, build confidence, and be part of something truly special.
