This week, Mitchell German Sensei (6th Dan, Renshi) from Halifax, Canada took the lead on the floor at Sunshine Coast Karate. German Sensei shared a wealth of knowledge throughout the week and inspired all of us. German Sensei is one of the most senior ranked practitioners of the International Chito-Ryu Karate-Do Federation outside of Japan
