Welcome to the new Sunshine Coast Karate website. It’s been rebuilt from the ground up, with a new logo and a fresh look designed by Sensei Sandra, and it’s built around the questions families ask us most.
What’s new
- Book a free trial in under a minute. Choose who’s training, pick a class time, and you’re done. Booking for more than one child, or for yourself and your kids together, is now one booking.
- A proper timetable. Every class for Little Champions, Karate Kids and Teens & Adults, in term and in the school holidays, with closures shown as they happen.
- A page for each class: Little Champions (4–7), Karate for Kids (8–12), Teens and Adults & Over 50s, each answering the questions parents and new adults ask.
- Meet the team: our instructors, and our special programs: the Tournament Squad, kobujutsu and leadership.
- A blog that’s easy to find your way around, with categories and search.
- Quick on your phone, and easier to use with a keyboard or screen reader.
We’ve also tidied up nearly 20 years of dojo news. Older stories are still here under History, and if you find a link that doesn’t work, please let us know.
“It’s been a really big job, going through thousands of old blog posts and images, but we think the end result is worth it. We’d love to hear what you think.” Martin & Sandra
