2013 Japan Training Adventure

After two and half weeks away in Japan Sensei Sandra and Jodie are now back in Australia from their Japan training adventure.  And what an adventure it was!!

Sensei Sandra took a slightly different approach, she kept a journal (offline) which she’s asked me to now publish on her behalf.  Having just finished proof reading it all for her, it just continues to re-affirm how lucky we are to be a part of such an amazing, international, extended family that is Chito-Ryu Karate-do.
