This week, Mitchell German Sensei (6th Dan, Renshi) from Halifax, Canada took the lead on the floor at Sunshine Coast Karate. Â German Sensei shared a wealth of knowledge throughout the week and inspired all of us. Another very full week of training and activities here in Kumamoto. Â The weather has been warm, humid and at times taken my breathe away during training. Â Yet, I’m loving every bit of it. Â It’s perfect for me. Â I’m especially appreciating the upstairs accommodation at the dojo. Â It’s quick to get to classes, Â I can
