A wonderful day of martial arts training last Sunday (10th July) with our brown & black belts from Sunshine Coast Karate & Gold Coast Chito-Ryu Karate.
In this particular session, we had the pleasure of training with guest instructor Mark Snow Shihan (5th Dan) from Chito Ryu Karate Blue Mountains, accompanied by Sensei Adam McDonald (3rd Dan).
