Telstra Stores Maroochydore, Sunshine Plaza and Noosa have presented Sunshine Coast Karate and two other local community groups with the opportunity to take part in their “Telstra’s Connected Community” initiative.
Throughout the period from Monday 7th May – Sunday 3rd June, members of the local community will be given the chance to go in-store and vote for their favourite sporting club. The winner is determined by the highest number of votes.
During the summer months our main training space gets really hot without any cross ventilation. Although we don’t mind training hard and sweating it out, if our club was to win the Telstra Connected Community prize, we’d be able to make it much more comfortable for all members who train in this space by installing a huge industrial fan.
Can our Sunshine Coast Karate community secure enough votes to win the major prize of $5,000 and install a large industrial fan in the main training space?
Voting is under way and you can vote in-store at any of the following Telstra stores before Sunday 3rd June 2018.
